It is our goal that you will remember your conference or seminar in our house. It doesn’t matter whether you want to work in a small group, need a little more space for your activities or expect a lot of participants.

Our event rooms can be individually adapted to your needs. Lots of daylight ensures a pleasant working atmosphere, attractively decorated and with tastefully laid tables, the rooms also provide the stylish setting for evening events or private celebrations.

State-of-the-art conference technology & accessible trade fair area

All rooms have daylight and are equipped with the latest conference technology. Screen, projector, pin board and flipchart are standard equipment. We will be happy to provide you with a laptop, TV and video cart as well as MP3 player and much more (for an extra fee).

Most rooms have direct access to a spacious terrace or our hotel park. In summer temperatures, we are also happy to serve your coffee breaks outdoors. Or would you like to move the entire training course to the green? No problem!

The special USP is the spacious trade fair area that is accessible by car. This creates ideal framework conditions for car or machine presentations and facilitates the handling of complex decorative structures. Power connections, water inlets and outlets in the floor and WiFi are further highlights that round off the extensive possibilities.

Directions
As a member of the TOP 250 conference hotels, we can offer you particularly cheap train tickets online for your arrival and departure to events in our hotel. Upon request and prior request, we offer a transfer from the train station in Eckartshausen to Ilshofen.

Event space trade fair

Our exhibition area is at ground level in the lower hotel level and with 400 m² of floor space offers enough space for extensive product presentations, fashion shows and many guests, customers or employees.

The floor-to-ceiling window fronts offer a view of the spacious green areas and the hotel’s beer garden. By the way, in summer you can also meet in the great outdoors.

If necessary, the large room can be divided into up to three individual areas at short notice using flexible wall parts. This creates 3 conference rooms with 80 m², 110 m² and 140 m² size and separate entrances. Coffee breaks with small snacks or snacks are available in the shared foyer.

In addition – for practice-oriented demonstrations of machines – there are connections (underfloor supply connections for electricity, technical gases, water and waste water). The special highlight: our trade fair area can also be accessed by car via the entrance to the in-house underground car park and is particularly suitable for new presentations or training courses for the car, motorcycle and machine industry.

Rooms Ulm und Ansbach

An optimal environment for creative work.

Both rooms are on the main level of the house, but away from the everyday hotel and restaurant business.

The light-flooded rooms offer groups of up to 20 people ample space for concentrated, quiet work.

If necessary, the rooms can be darkened with blinds.

Rooms Coburg und Günzburg

Both rooms are located on the reception level of the hotel and can accommodate up to 18 people. Bright and friendly, they offer an attractive environment for meetings, meetings or group work. Both rooms can be reached via the hotel lobby.

The Coburg room also has two separate entrances.

Meeting Point Ilshofen

Meet intensively with a small group and communicate undisturbed. Whether target agreement, new marketing strategy or budget meeting – in the meeting point in the middle of the hotel park right next to the tennis courts you are guaranteed to be undisturbed and can concentrate fully on the essentials without sacrificing comfort or the latest conference technology. From the coffee machine to the DVD player with flat screen, everything is available and already included in the conference package. At the beginning of your day, we put the desired coffee break snacks in the room and fill up the drinks fridge, after which you are almost on your own. But only almost, because of course we serve lunch and dinner in our restaurant, which you can reach in a few minutes in the fresh air through the park. If something is completely missing, you can of course reach us by phone or fax. “Meetingpoint Ilshofen” – a creative space where you can meet undisturbed with 6 – 8 people.

Heidelberg room

Celebrate and enjoy undisturbed in an exclusive setting in the elegantly equipped ballroom Heidelberg, which can be divided into two areas with a curtain. Maybe you are planning a special surprise for which the curtain should open late ?! Ideal for weddings, family or annual celebrations, the room offers space for up to 60 people, whom you can receive undisturbed through a separate entrance and your own foyer. But don’t worry, we are of course “just a door away” and always there for you during the event.

In addition, the room has a spacious, directly accessible terrace, which is ideal for receptions but also an outdoor event.

160 m² - max. 60 people
